The Office of the College Secretary (OCS) performs all duties as prescribed in the University of the Philippines System Code. The OCS takes charge of CAS students’ academic records and activities specifically those pertaining to admission, registration, graduation, and other circular matters.

The OCS also serves as the official repository of records pertaining to curricula, minutes of the faculty meetings, registration data, faculty service records, and other academic information of the College. The College Secretary acts as the Secretary to the Management Executive Committee, and is responsible to the Dean.

Attention all young athletes!The application for the Associate in Arts (Sports Studies) program for the First Semester of AY 2024-2025 is now open! The Associate in Arts (Sports Studies), or AASS, is a two-year program consisting of 78 units that aims to train and develop young athletes to become skilled professionals. Graduates of AASS can pursue various career paths, such as sports and fitness trainers, assistants to coaches in professional teams, referees, and umpires in sports tournaments. They can also pursue baccalaureate degrees in related disciplines if they wish to further their education. The program is designed to provide an opportunity for students to pursue an athletic career while completing their studies. The application deadline is 14 June 2024.
